Rent Collection & Owner Payouts

The uncomfortable conversations are ours. You get a consistent payout and a clear ledger.

Chasing rent is the part of being a landlord that damages the relationship and the returns at the same time. Handing it to a third party fixes both.

What is included

  • Clear due dates, grace periods, and late fees written into the lease
  • Reminders sent before rent is late, not after
  • Late notices served properly and on schedule
  • Payment plans documented when they make sense
  • Owner payouts on a predictable monthly cycle
  • Every transaction posted to the property ledger

Why it matters

The uncomfortable conversations are ours. You get a consistent payout and a clear ledger. It is one part of a job that only works when every part is done — which is why Homerun-Homes runs the whole sequence rather than picking off the profitable pieces.

If you want to see where this sits in the wider process, the five stages are laid out here. If you would rather just talk it through, call (248) 483-9233 and ask for Louis Williams.

Questions

About rent collection

When do I get paid?

On a set monthly cycle once rent has cleared. You will know the date before you sign the management agreement.

What happens if a tenant pays late?

The lease terms are enforced — reminder, late fee, then formal notice on schedule. Consistency is what keeps late payments from becoming a habit.

What if they stop paying entirely?

We follow Michigan notice requirements and keep you informed at each step. If it has to go to court, the documentation is already in order.
