Licensed, insured contractors we have worked with for years. For larger jobs we get competing quotes.
Will you spend my money without asking?
Only up to the threshold you set for routine repairs. Above it, you get the quote and our recommendation first — except for a genuine emergency, where stopping the damage comes first and the call comes immediately after.
